The parable of the Good Samaritan is one of Jesus’ greatest parables, asking and answering the question, “Who is your neighbor?”. Trevor Joy shared that the story of the Good Samaritan describes how the love of God guides us on how we should live and participate in the world. The fruit of our hands is evidenced by the love in our hearts, and what we actually do in life determines whether our hearts have simply been informed, or transformed.
