TVC Responsibilities:
I shepherd and counsel those involved in our Home Groups Ministry. I direct, develop, equip, and encourage Home Group leaders. I provide a predictable and clear path for people to join a Home Group

When and how did the Lord save you?
In middle school, my family attended an Evangelical Free Church. I was a child who was often prone to big feelings and anger. I could see where I was hurting others and not living how the Bible was asking me to live. It was through the youth group that I realized I needed Jesus to save me. I confessed my need for Jesus to be the Savior and Lord of my life, repented and turned to Jesus, and have been working through this thing called life with Him ever since.

When did you come to TVC and what brought you here?
I started attending TVC in 2019. My wife and I moved to DFW and stepped into our “Texas Adventure” by taking the opportunity to get a change of scenery. TVC was the top church on our list, and we haven’t looked back since. We are blessed to call this place home.

If you had to give a TED Talk, what subject would you choose to speak on, and why?
I would speak on the need for the people of God to know their purpose and talents and to live in to them within community. I truly believe that people are just stuck and don’t know how God has uniquely created them. This can create a paralysis of not knowing what it looks like to actively live out of their gifts and to do so in step with the Holy Spirit. However, if we can help uncover this for people and do so as a community of believers, I am convinced this could have a deep impact in our community and God’s Kingdom.
