TVC Responsibilities:
I curate impactful weekend events that create a welcoming, hospitable space for individuals to deepen their relationship with Jesus. I partner and collaborate with various ministries to provide creative design, logistical support, and attention to every detail, ensuring successful and memorable events. I focus on external relationships with vendors and people who help make our events come to life.
When and how did the Lord save you?
I’ve known about Jesus my whole life, growing up as the granddaughter of a pastor and spending countless days in church. My faith became personal when I decided to follow Jesus at a camp and later publicly declared Him as my Savior through baptism in middle school. However, it wasn’t until high school that I realized how much I relied on my parents’ faith and the church to get me through life. By the end of high school, I felt distant from God, trying to control my life and satisfy my own desires. In college, God began to strip away the things I had placed my identity in. It was there, through my college ministry, that I was reminded of the gospel—how my sin separated me from God and how Jesus died to restore that relationship. I chose to surrender my life to Christ, and since then, I’ve found true joy in living for a greater mission: to know God and make Him known. I am forever grateful for His grace and love.
When did you come to TVC and what brought you here?
I joined TVC in the summer of 2023 after graduating from college, seeking a new community and place of connection. Having listened to the sermons for years, I knew about The Village and felt certain this was where God was leading me.
