TVC Responsibilities:
I serve preschoolers and their families by creating and reviewing curriculum that builds a spiritual foundation for children’s lives in a safe and loving learning environment. I also care for and consider ways to develop our volunteers.
When and how did the Lord save you?
I was very blessed to be raised in a home where Jesus was always talked about and to have a family who prayed together daily. I knew things of Jesus and of His goodness but did not understand the gospel. At 19, I was sitting in a church service and understood the gospel for the first time. I was overwhelmed with the love that I felt. The pastor spoke of surrender and repentance, grace, obedience, and mercy and this incredible love our Savior has for us. I haven’t been the same since that day. I served faithfully in the Preschool Ministry at that church and heard incredible true stories from the Bible I had never heard before. This is where my love for kids’ ministry began.
