Life Story

I was raised in Fort Worth, Texas in a loud Italian family that followed Jesus without question. My parents always had my siblings and I in church anytime the doors were open, and I honestly don't remember a moment that I didn't know the Lord. But it wasn't until my late teen years that I truly realized His deep, unwavering love for His children.

I knew from a very young age that I wanted to devote my life to following Jesus and always knew that I would serve His Church through worship. I started leading worship at 14 and haven't looked back since. When I was 18, I went through a time of deep suffering that made me want to run away from it all. But the Lord was so sweet to draw me nearer to Him and show me that when all else fails, He doesn't. I surrendered everything to Him and started believing the words to the songs I had been singing for so many years.

While attending Southwestern Assemblies of God University, the Lord continued to grow my love for worship and for His Church. This is where I met my husband, Jesse, and we got married in 2013. Months before we would marry, Jesse's brother took his own life. In a time of deep suffering, the Lord reminded us of how great He is and always will be. In 2015, we were blessed with our first daughter after almost losing her at birth. After suffering a miscarriage, we decided to attend The Village’s Fort Worth campus. After suffering another miscarriage, the Lord blessed us with our second miracle of a daughter in 2018.

The Lord has been so gracious to us in the midst of so many trials. In times of suffering, the Lord has reminded me of His constant love and care. These moments in my life are why I can so confidently and boldly proclaim His goodness through song.

Hope for The Village Church

My hope for The Village is that we would boldly proclaim the goodness of Jesus Christ, lean on His steadfast love and glorify His name wherever we go.
